At Lems Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items. If your new minimalist footwear isn't the perfect fit, we make the exchange and return process simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, or opt for a QR code if you prefer a printer-free drop-off experience.

• 3.
  Package Your Shoes

  Place your unworn Lems in their original shoe box and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer or box to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
